Services include individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, presentations, and workshops.

My work is influenced by a number of evidenced-based approaches and is strength-based and client focused.

I have completed all three levels of Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, and have advanced trainings in several forms of couples counseling including Cognitive-Based TEAM approach, Cognitively-Based Compassion Training, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Prepare-Enrich premarital counseling.

I will work collaboratively to help my clients identify goals, and then offer resources and guide them to take steps themselves toward improving their overall quality of life. I believe that therapy can provide a safe, supportive, and guiding environment which challenges us all to learn, heal, and change.

Couples Therapy

With couples, I use the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, which is a research-based form of therapy  designed especially for couples. This approach is highly structured and goal-oriented, and is designed to help couples increase intimacy, better manage conflict, and build healthy, lasting relationships.

Pre-Marital Therapy

I offer Pre-Commitment and Premarital Counseling to couples, using the PREPARE-ENRICH program. For information about how this therapy can apply to your marital license, pursuit to GA Code O.C.G.A. 19.-3-30-1, visit your County’s website. This process is a wonderful gift to a loved one or family member that are in committed relationships and looking to deepen their understanding and connection.
